Services Offered In-Home & Office Laboratory, based on Tennessee MHSAS Guidelines.
Finger Stick Blood Drug Screening
Through a telehealth visit the lab technician will instruct in the collection process.
Treatment Planning
Patient-driven goals that create stability for the patient and will evolve into more ambitious goals.
Tapering
Tapering is self-based on patient preference and is tailored for each patient individually.

We offer support group meetings virtually through GoTo Meeting and in-person for our patients. Contact us at 865-985-0371 for further details. Our current meeting schedule is as follows:
Monday: 12pm – 1pm & 5pm – 6pm
Tuesday: 12pm – 1pm
Wednesday: 12pm – 1pm & 5pm – 6pm
Thursday: 12pm – 1pm
Friday: 2:30pm – 3:30pm
