Initial Intake and Assessment
This process will involve a brief synopsis of your history of addiction, recovery, previous treatments, resource discovery, and placement.
Counseling
One-on-one sessions with a licensed counselor.
Urinary Drug Screens (UDS)
Collected in the office laboratory and based on Tennessee MHSAS Guidelines.
Oral Drug Screen (ODS)
Through a telehealth visit the lab technician will instruct in the collection process.
Treatment Planning
Patient-driven goals that create stability for the patient and will evolve into more ambitious goals.
Tapering
Tapering is self-based on patient preference and is tailored for each patient individually.
Group Meetings
We offer support group meetings virtually through GoTo Meeting and in-person for our patients. Contact us at 865-985-0371 for further details. Our current meeting schedule is as follows:
Monday: 12pm - 1pm
Tuesday: 12pm – 1pm
Wednesday: 12pm – 1pm & 5pm – 6pm
Thursday: 12pm – 1pm
Friday: 12pm – 1pm
